What We Want:
As the Office Manager, you should have at least 3 years of administrative experience and be a self-starter. As the Office Manager, you should be highly organized and have the ability to manage confidential information. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. For an extra leg up, you have experience using QuickBooks and your Notary Public or Real Estate License.

What You’ll Do:
As the Office Manager you are responsible for answering incoming phone calls and monthly bank reconciliations. In addition, the Office Manager completes pay roll and prepares financial statements. The Office Manager will also coordinate real estate closings and manages accounts receivable and accounts payable among other duties as needed.
