What We Want:
As Office Manager, you will be making the first impressions for our client.. As the Office Manager, you will be personable, friendly, and have strong communication skills. The Office Manager must be proficient with MS-Word and Excel. You will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional at all times. Previous property management experience with Yardi will set you apart.
What You’ll Do:
As the Office Manager, you will greet and direct visitors, including vendors, clients, investors and owners. You will be responsible monitoring reports for tenants and vendors. The Office Manager will manage repair requests/work orders, process invoices and provide general administrative support for the president of the company.
