What We Want:
As the Litigation Paralegal, you are seeking your “forever” opportunity! You must have law firm experience – minimum 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role. As Litigation Paralegal, you possess advanced MS-Excel and PDF manipulation software proficiency. You should have a bachelor’s degree and your paralegal certification from an ABA approved program. As Litigation Paralegal, you are tech savvy, and have a strong working knowledge of Relativity queries for supporting Litigation attorneys. Additionally, you have a strong understanding of the Federal and NC Rules of Court and various litigation matters.
What You’ll Do:
As the Litigation Paralegal, you will assist in document preparation, organize and produce high volume medium to large case document collections, handle federal/state filings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial loan closings. As the Litigation Paralegal, you perform due diligence, assist with trial preparations, conduct UCC filings, and support attorneys in producing documents for equity filings.
