What We Want:
As Legal Administrative Assistant, you are extremely polished, outgoing, and professional with a “go-getter” attitude! You will possess 1-2 years of corporate experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree. As Legal Administrative Assistant, you have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills while multi-tasking and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. For an extra leg-up, the ideal Legal Administrative Assistant will be tech-savvy, well-versed in managing travel arrangements, and strong MS-Word formatting experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will answer incoming calls, greet guests, support one senior-level attorney, and maintain MS-Outlook calendar. The Legal Administrative Assistant will prepare, proof, and revise legal documents in accordance with firm standards. You will also book travel and coordinate on-site meetings and luncheons
