What We Want:
As HR Generalist, you have previous HR Generalist and/or Coordinator experience. As HR Generalist, you have touched on all aspects of Human Resources. You have a bachelor’s degree and have strong proficiency with MS-Office. You will attract strong attention with experience with ADP Workforce.
What You’ll Do:
As HR Generalist, you will support the department by processing payroll through ADP including tax reporting and related payroll journal entries. The HR Generalist is responsible for recruiting and applicant tracking. In addition, you will maintain employee census information and assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding. As HR Generalist, you will also participate in employee counseling, performance reviews, and benefit administration.
