Export Coordinator – Bi-Lingual

As Export Coordinator, you will work in a Class A building with on-site fitness centers, dining options, car detailing centers, and daycare offices making this the place to call home.
What We Want:
As an Export Coordinator, you are extremely organized, can prioritize and multi-task. You have 1-3 years of customer service experience in a distribution environment and are bi-lingual (Spanish required). Previous export compliance experience will set you apart.
What You’ll Do:
As an Export Coordinator, you will prepare documentation needed for exports including certificates of origin, shipper instructions, various related invoices and documentation. The Export Coordinator will work closely with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Credit departments to ensure complete banking documentation. In addition, the Export Coordinator will be the point of contact for international customers and freight forwarders.
