What We Want:

As the Executive Assistant, you are a polished professional who has superb communication and organizational skills. You have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of executive support experience.

 

What You’ll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you will maintain calendars, coordinate meeting schedules and appointments. You will arrange travel, meeting facilities, and assist with special activities. Additionally, as the Executive Assistant, you will manage requests, answer phone calls, sort mail, order and stock office supplies and maintain a filing system.
