What We Want:

As the Executive Assistant, we expect a polished professional who is highly organized, excellent communicator, understands and maintains highly confidential information, a problems solver, and is a critical thinker. The Executive Assistant will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat is a must.

 

What You’ll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you will at as liaison between the executive and their direct reports. In addition, the Executive Assistant will make travel arrangements, schedule and maintain an active calendar.  The Executive Assistant will support all communications by email engagement, through writing, editing, and drafting memos. You will also ensure deadlines are met and keep accurate records.
