Customer Support Administrative Assistant – Direct Hire

What We Want:

First and foremost, in this hybrid role as the Customer Support Administrative Assistant, you will have 1-3 years of work experience in an Administrative or Accounts Payable role, preferably in manufacturing.  You will possess strong attention to detail and demonstrated computer skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel.  Experience with SAP is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

The Customer Support Administrative Assistant will assist with back-end order entry and inventory, execute processes to release inventory to customers, execute order changes and pricing updates, and create spreadsheet reports.  In addition, you are a great team player communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
