What We Want:
As Corporate Recruiter, you have 4+ years of recruiting experience. As Corporate Recruiter, you have great customer service skills and the ability to multitask. You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter. You have a bachelor’s degree and a foundation of HR practices.
What You’ll Do:
The Corporate Recruiter will develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruiting process. You will assist in the negotiation of contracts with Staffing agencies, draft job descriptions, and post job advertisements. The Corporate Recruiter will source resumes and conduct interviews. In addition, the Corporate Recruiter will participate in job fairs.
