What We Want:

As Corporate Paralegal, you are extremely polished, have an aptitude for detail, and high degree of organization! You will possess 2+ years of transaction or corporate paralegal experience.  As Corporate Paralegal, you have experience with entity formation, corporate governance, and security filing. Additionally, the Corporate Paralegal should be proficient in MS Office, DocuSign, imanage, and Juris.

What You’ll Do:

As the Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for entity formation and dissolution. The Corporate Paralegal is also responsible for corporate governance and Capitalization table management.
