What We Want:
As the Collections Manager, you have a bachelor’s degree, collections/finance experience, and possess an advanced understanding of accounting processes. As the Collections Manager, you should possess advanced proficiency with MS-Excel including pivot tables, macros, v-lookups. You are professional, discreet, good at multitasking, and have a strong supervisory background. The Collections Manager will be experienced with consumer collections. Previous experience with coordinating and facilitating L-10 meetings is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
As the Collections Manager, you will be responsible for managing the monitoring, reconciling, and the collecting of transactions for money received and processed through client trust accounts. You will monitor that internal controls and processes are followed. The Collections Manager will manage monthly bank reconciliations, create ad-hoc reports, coordinate with vendors, and provide critical information for client audits. In addition, you will manage the escalation process of client account issues.
