What We Want:
As Executive Assistant, you have 1-2 years’ experience working with C-Suite management. As Executive Assistant, you are organized with exceptional written and oral communication skills. You enjoy details, problem solving, and making sound judgements. The Executive Assistant should have a bachelor’s degree and have strong proficiency with MS-Office Suite. You will attract strong attention with experience with any CRM software.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the COO with dotted line reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Executive Assistant will provide calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination for the COO and other senior-level executives. The Executive Assistant is responsible for logistics including transportation and lodging.
