What We Want:
As the Benefits Coordinator, you possess a bachelor’s degree Business or Human Resources and 3+ years professional services experience (strongly prefer legal/law firm). The Benefits Coordinator demonstrates a broad payroll and benefits administration background. You relish a hands-on role demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and discretion. The Benefits Coordinator is proficient with HRIS systems preferably ADP Workforce. The perfect Benefits Coordinator will have their SPHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS certification.
What You’ll Do:
As the Benefits Coordinator, you will provide the administration of the firms benefits and payroll. You will manage full-cycle employee programs, compliance, and vendor relationships. The Benefits Coordinator will oversee payroll systems and processes including time/attendance, FMLA, and 401K enrollment and participation. You will track PTO, benefit changes, and audit provider statements for accuracy .
