What We Want:
As the Administrative Assistant, you have an Associate’s Degree and at least 5 years of administrative support experience. Experience in academia is required. You have excellent written and verbal communication, are highly organized and are able to meet deadlines. Additionally, you have a solid working knowledge of Veracross or a similar software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to specific personnel. This support will include scheduling appointments, updating meetings, and contacting parents and students as needed. Additionally the Administrative Assistant will manage attendance, maintain records, and enter data keeping faculty and advisors informed of issues among other duties.
