As the Administrative Assistant, we expect a polished professional who is organized, an excellent communicator, takes initiative, can work independently, and is a critical thinker. The Administrative Assistant will have an associate degree or equivalent job-related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

What You’ll Do:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative assistance to the Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance department. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will maintain calendars, accurate records, schedule appointments, and draft correspondence, The Administrative Assistant is responsible for expense reporting, ordering supplies, and meeting deadlines. The Administrative Assistant will support global and corporate-wide initiatives and will schedule and coordinate meetings among other duties as assigned.
