What We Want:

You are a detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and well organized. Planning, analyzing and calculating financial data come natural to you. Preference will be given to those with 2 or more years of accounting or property management experience. You will have strong proficiency with MS-Word and Excel.  Prior experience with PDI or Tango software will set you apart.

 

What You’ll Do:

As the A/P Analyst, you will maintain files in accordance with lease agreements.  You will enter lease information into A/P system. The A/P Analyst prepares all CPI calculations.  The A/P Analyst will ensure compliance and maintain financial security among other duties as needed.
